Product Bundle Boost ("the App") is a Shopify app that lets merchants create product bundles, quantity discounts, and related offers, and display them on their storefront. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and how it's deleted.
The App does not collect or store your customers' personal information — no names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment details. Storefront interactions with the bundle widget are recorded only as anonymous, aggregate counts tied to a bundle, never to an individual shopper.
Store and bundle data is used solely to operate the App's features for your store: rendering your bundles on your storefront, applying the discounts you configure at checkout, and showing you analytics about your own bundles. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you uninstall the App, all of your store's data — bundles, settings, and analytics — is permanently deleted from our systems. This happens automatically via Shopify's mandatory shop/redact webhook.
Because the App does not store customer personal data, there is nothing to export or redact for individual customer data requests. Any request Shopify forwards to us under its mandatory compliance webhooks (customer data request, customer redact) is acknowledged accordingly.
